1. For stiff and/or tense muscles and joints, apply freely every 15 minutes for the first hour, then as often as required. 2. Impact injuries as above. 3. It is ideal to apply to affected areas pre and post-training/competition. 4. For sunburn and minor skin irritations, apply to the affected area as often as required. 5. In all cases, gently massage in. 6. For swollen or aching joints and muscles, always apply before bed to help aid in a restful sleep and allow the Cooling Gel to work.
