Can adults use Rocket Fuel for Kids too?

Of course! We made it for the kids… but "bigger kids" and adults are loving it too. We’ve had more than a few adults tell us, “This one’s more for me.” It’s the same Rocket Fuel formula, with half the intensity and twice the Manuka honey. Whether you need a gentle immune boost or found the OG Rocket Fuel a bit full-on, this one’s for you too.

What is the Adult dosage for Rocket Fuel?

If sensitive to strong tastes start with 3 drops Otherwise start with 5, take the drops orally. If you need to increase or decrease dose size thats ok, everyone reacts differently & has different issues. A great general regime is starting the day with 4-6 drops (if severe start with 8-10 drops) Best practice is to use through the day, don't wait to need it, this will allow Rocket Fuel to do what it does! Pre bed use a bigger dose for a restful sleep. The game changer for severe sinus is adding 1-4 drops (start with 1) in a warm sinus rinse its intense but the clearing is awesome - Find what works for you - The "simple" rule is the bigger the dose the bigger the effect. Max dosage per day is 20ml. (20 droppers)

What is the correct Child dosage for Rocket Fuel for Kids?

Start with 1–3 drops taken orally to help your child get used to the taste. Some children may need a slightly higher or more frequent dose initially for additional support. If needed, you can gradually build up to 0.5ml in a single dose. Here are our recommended maximum daily doses:

2-3 years: 1ml spread across 24hours
4-5 years: 1.5ml spread across 24 hours
6-7 years: 2ml spread across 24 hours
